Satisfied Me and my wife have been living in Sophia's place west for about a year. I'll give you the pros and cons about Sophia's place west. Pros you can pay rent online and put in repair tickets ( they respond to them very quickly) the bedrooms are spacious, the master bedroom has a walk in closet and if you have a 2 bedroom two bath the master bedroom also has a bathroom attached. Great for our family Hello! This apartment is perfect for our family of 5 and 2 small doggies. We love the convenience of having a full size washer and dryer and hardwood flooring. We also love that it is near major stores and highways. The neighborhood is good and we live closer to our families and my husbands job. That's a huge blessing. We also love the fact that it has 2.5 baths with the half bath being on the first floor, easy access for our guests.
Sophia's Place West I've lived in Sophia's place west for about a year. I don't have anything too bad to say about it. The neighbors aren't loud and obnoxious. The renters office is very helpful, they respond pretty quick to emails. You can pay your rent online and put in maintenance requests. The apartments are pretty spacious and the price a month is reasonable, we just had a lot of outside renovations done, so the outside looks great also. Montgomery Court Apartments-Great place to walk a cat outside About three years ago, I was told that I needed to move from my current apartment because the building was sold and I had one month to find a new one. So, I went around the corner to Montgomery Court and found a three bedroom. I love living here. It's beautifully maintained inside and out, repairs happens asap and the landscaping, which is also a benefit to living here, is perfect for walking my old man cat, who is 14 and still loves an adventure. Cozy, quiet, clean, spacious... I have been a resident in Lansdowne Station for 11 months. I really enjoy living at this property! The grounds are well maintained and the apartments are cozy, quiet, clean, and spacious. Having an opportunity to live here for almost a year I have had an opportunity to see all four seasons. my review love the area the property is beautiful as well as the apartments themselves. I want to move there more than anything. Its in a great location for all the shops and just minutes away from the hospital. the prices are a little high but very much worth it for what you pay. Good Location, goood living. I live with two friends da from college, one works in Bala Cynwyd, one in norristown, and me in Malvern. So the building is pretty central for all of us to commute and very short, also a short ride from Philly, manayunk, and Pheonixville...all solid places to go out in for young adults. Terrible The neighbors with a few exceptions are horrid. We've filed complaints with the office and despite being told when we moved in: "if a neighbor causes noise issues, they will get a warning and if it continues they will be evicted." Nothing has gotten better. Children run through the parking lots unattended, and play on cars, the gutters are full of waste from years of neglect.
