New Ownership When I moved in my apartment was named Scotch Hills. Now it is Sophia's Place West. The new company is making some great changes. I am looking forward to the new club house. Of course the rent is going up but the new amenities will make it worth it. I actually have an address on my building now.

Very happy here. Have been a resident since June, 3013. Very convenient location. As a senior, have always felt safe. Very quiet. Love my deck! BEST of all, the maintenance. I left an e-mail message on Wednesday night that my a/c was down and it was fixed by 11:00 am Thursday. Courteous and pleasant staff. Highly recommend.
