Be aware. Lived here for years and from day one there has been nothing but issues. Call maintenance to fix issues but instead they have created more. Some of the workers have attitudes when answering the phone. Office hours listed on their door aren’t correct. They close early with no notice to the residents. These apartments need to renovated like the west side. Residents have to come out their pockets for things that the complex should have fixed in the first place.
This is a beautiful complex that we are excited to move in to. Laney E. made the leasing experience painless. She is so knowledgeable, kind, and patient! I have lived in apartments all over this country and Laney is absolutely the best leasing agent I have ever worked with. Thank you Laney for all your help!
Lived here for one year and had a fantastic experience. The office team and maintenance team was very friendly, always willing to help, and knowledgeable in what they were doing. Even in snow and ice they would salt & clear the side walks and roads in the complex. It is not the safest area however, there were some car break ins in the time we lived there. We did have some issues with bugs and ac breaking but they sent an exterminator multiple times for follow ups and replaced the AC within a few days, during which they set u... read more
