The owner went above and beyond to fix a delivery (that wasn’t their fault) on a Sunday. She called me, sent an employee to retrieve it and delivered to the recipient. She even sent a picture of the beautiful bouquet and delivery. I appreciate the effort they took to fix the issue.
No customer service whatsoever, bad attitude, never apologized for conflicting install times, not flexible at all. seems to not value customers at all. Very willingly refunded Money in such a way, showing lack of care thinking issue was a money thing and not seeing that that was never an issue, the underlying issue was the customer service and not caring attitude, do not recommend at all, find a different flower shop this one does not possess customer CARE and will not go all out for customer! Zero Stars.

I live out of state and ordered flowers for my Mom and this shop did not disappoint! Even got a hold of me when they had to make a substitution for the vase and delivered on Mother's day, which I thought was pretty cool. My Mom loved her flowers so much they made her cry. Thank you Sophia's Flowers for making her day extra special!
Please ensure you provide the customer with the flower set that they select. We ordered a burgundy color flower set for prom. I selected the flower in person and paid upfront. Yet, I was given a bright red flower set instead. One picture is the burgundy that we wanted and ordered. The other picture is what we ended up with, which did not match the suit as expected for a very special occasion. *They are nice, just did not provide the service that I paid for.
