Mold in our apartment management refused to address! I even hired a 3rd party that verified the presence of mold and management did NOTHING. Management said they could not accept the report provided by the mold specialist and that they would send their own “specialist”. The “specialist” they sent was their own maintenance guy, who is not certified by the state of Florida to handle mold (completely illegal). Ya voy para 2 años viviendo ya a an cambiado admistracion 3 veces y siguen en lo mismo el lugar cuando lo alquila es lo mejor pero después de alquilar es lo contrario y para que te atiendan una queja de algo va te dicen que van a tomar acción y nada, y te intretienen que están ya arreglando o llevando a cabo pero es mentira no hacen nada, te enseñan el apartamento modelo, todo bonito verdad pero ojo gente tienes que ver las otras áreas y los otros edificios y sobre todo y alto costo de renta para lo mala que es la Administra... read more
Mi experiencia aquí como inquilino la Mejor. El personal muy amable. La seguridad es magnífica. Recomiendo al 100%. Esta comunidad está una muy buena ubicación es un lugar muy tranquilo y familiar.
