He took the time to explain everything and answered questions that was happening to my eye.
I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. He makes you feel comfortable… easy to speak to. Answers your questions I just can’t say enough about Dr. Gersman. So glad God gave him the talent to become a doctor. Glad he listen. Hope he isn’t thinking about retirement.
I was told by my optometrist to see a medical professional immediately for floaters and flashes. My insurance required me to see one of their Drs., however, I had to leave a message and was told they would return my call within 24 hrs, they did not. I then called this office and was given a self pay appointment first thing the next morning. I went with a condition that he said he see a lot and it would be a surgery he done a lot and he blinded my left. He first said I would be able to see the next day and when I went the next day, he said it will take few months to heal. So he was lying from the beginning. After seeing him for 6 months after, he sent me to Cleveland clinic cuz he ran out of lies.
Had vitrectomy both eyes. She did an excellent job. I can see clearly now and no floaters! Doctor and staff were friendly and informative. She follows you closely with several post-op exams. The staff at the outpatient surgery center also did a great job

The office staff in the Mentor office are very helpful, knowledgeable and very thorough. They are always willing to help with all situations.
Presented with my problem, was thoroughly examined, diagnosed, informed, and efficiently treated. Follow up visits confirm an overall success. An affable yet businesslike experience top to bottom. The office facilities are outstanding as well. This is how all healthcare should be!
I can not say enough about Dr. Pachydaki. In fact all the staff. So respectful,courteous,and caring. Dr. Pachaydaki did a great job. And explained everything well so, I knew what to expect . To finally be rid of floaters in both eyes is wonderful. Dr. Pachydaki is great and so are the staff. Courteous, friendly, respectful. And very helpful. I definitely recommend video- retinal
