Good explanation of the process
Dr Pachydaki had a full office and was very busy but, as always, she took care to complete the examination, communicate findings, discuss options, and administer treatment. She always gives me 100% focus and truly cares. Her staff, the medical assistants at Vitro-Retinal Consultants are also very caring and do an excellent job moving you through examinations to optimize time with the doctor.
My husband has been seeing Dr. Pachydaki for 11 years now. We’ve been truly blessed to have been referred to her! She’s absolutely fantastic and has a great personality along with remarkable skill.

The whole staff was timely, friendly and courteous
I was told by my optometrist to see a medical professional immediately for floaters and flashes. My insurance required me to see one of their Drs., however, I had to leave a message and was told they would return my call within 24 hrs, they did not. I then called this office and was given a self pay appointment first thing the next morning. Amber, the gal that took my call, was extremely helpful and Rachel, that did my initial assessment, was very pleasant and helpful. Had vitrectomy both eyes. She did an excellent job. I can see clearly now and no floaters! Doctor and staff were friendly and informative. She follows you closely with several post-op exams. The staff at the outpatient surgery center also did a great job
The office staff in the Mentor office are very helpful, knowledgeable and very thorough. They are always willing to help with all situations.
Presented with my problem, was thoroughly examined, diagnosed, informed, and efficiently treated. Follow up visits confirm an overall success. An affable yet businesslike experience top to bottom. The office facilities are outstanding as well. This is how all healthcare should be!
