Came for my appt. No one ever bothered to tell me the are running behind. Just had me sit there and wait like an idiot. Left. No one even cared when I finally left. There is a reason people make appts.
Stopped in @ 2:30 waited 15 minutes, then the owner said they don’t have time for a pedicure. However they close at 5. Lazy

This is the best place in Bartlett area. The attention is incredible. The massage with the rocks is so relaxing and the final bonus massage in the neck is amazing. There is no other place with such an incredible and kind service. Plus the pedicure is always on point 😍
