Every time we take a car there, it comes back worse. I went in for a check engine light and when I got my car home it was leaking coolant everywhere. I took it back and Kim said "oh yea, we probably punctured something". No apology for wasting my time or anything. Then they "couldn't find the leak". This wasn't a small leak. In 24 hours my car had lost about 1.5 quarts of coolant, and Sooters' incompetent staff couldn't find anything. I took my car back home and the problem continued. The best service place. Honest owner and mechanics. They are not the cheapest, but not expensive either and will never charge you for things you do not need. Oil change from them is not only changing oil, they fill-up everything even your battery! A place you can trust. That is why they are always busy.
