I got took in a very bad way!!! James Linder is a CROOK!! I was stupid enough to believe that he needed the money up front to order a chimney cap that he was going to install in 2 weeks. This all happened on 11-11-2019. It is now 1-30-2020 and I still do not have a chimney cap! Do not trust JAMES LINDER he is a CROOK!!!!!

Good service and very careful with keeping the house clean
After an attempted railroading from another company we called Soot-N-Such for a second opinion on our fireplace and chimney. James came out and assessed the situation. Turns out the chimney only needed about $250 worth of work vs the $3,000+ we we're quoted by a company out of Livingston. James is super honest, professional and very patient with curious and loud littles. I'm thankful we found him before we let the other company take advantage of us! Thank you Soot-N-Such!!!
This man is very honest and did a great job for us ! We had smoke in the house when we used fireplace! He told us we didn’t need a cleaning but he thought the chimney pipe was to short ! He made it taller and solved the problem! I highly recommend him for any problems you may have with your fireplace!!!
He is prompt, courteous and does whatever it takes!!!
We had James come out last weekend. FANTASTIC job!!! Very professional. We highly recommend him and will definitely use him again!
