The people that run this company are knowledgeable, reliable and delightful to work with. They came up with and executed a perfect plan for our very old, neglected chimney. They are responsive and show up when they say they will. HIghly recommend!!!
Soot-Busters chimney sweep professional, Jacob, not only cleaned our chimney but he explained every step he took and what he was looking for. After two hours of meticulously removing and explaining creosote, we had a clean chimney.He was extremely professional and experienced, and he was nice. I highly recommend this company and I will have them inspecting my chimney annually.
Jacob, the tech, came and cleaned our chimney after a chimney fire. In all the years I have had our chimney cleaned, I have never seen someone be so detailed and take the time to get the job done properly. They will be cleaning my chimney in the future and my mom's too.
