Jacob, the tech, came and cleaned our chimney after a chimney fire. In all the years I have had our chimney cleaned, I have never seen someone be so detailed and take the time to get the job done properly. They will be cleaning my chimney in the future and my mom's too.
I want to thank Jacob & Juan from Soot-busters For coming out this evening to check on my fireplace insert to make sure it was safe to use in case the power went out during this expected bad weather. They were working me in I had told them it didn’t matter what time it was. I appreciated that they were coming out. Awesome experience with Wes and Malcom for our chimney service! They were as clean and efficient as they could possibly be with this type of work. Our system isn’t exactly routine, and they were able to educate me on what we have and how to use it correctly. Very helpful, super friendly and motivated to get the job done right. 100% recommend and will certainly use them again in the future.
We hired them to inspect multiple chimneys at our house. Got the report back and then found out it was not accurate. To get them to come back and reinspect or to correct the report takes multiple weeks. We’re hiring another company to come in and do a full new inspection to check the rest of their report.
