Soonye & Company is BEST salon around! – My parents and I have been going to Soonye for about 13 years. Even before her salon had opened almost 9 years ago, my parents had followed her as she went in and out of diffrent salons throughout her career. We love her and the salon so much that i am now currently employed here at Soonye & Company as a recptionist for alomost 2 and a half years. Soonye does a great job – I have been going to Soonye to get my hair done for about 5 years now. She always takes her time and does a great job with my color. I have brown hair and I get light blond highlights, so it is very easy to mess up like some other stylists at other salons have done. I would highly recommend Soonye for color and she does great cuts too!

ONE OF THE BEST SALONS IN TAMPA! – I have been coming to Soonye & Co for several years now. About 8 years ago I had a bad color job at another salon and was told to come here as Soonye (the owner) was an expert on color. Not only did she fix the problem but she gave me a wonderful hair cut and I have been coming back ever since! I have very thick hair and she is the only one I have found to be able to cut, thin and style my hair. I can't tell you how many times I have been stopped and asked "Who cuts your hair?" Great day at the Soonye Day Spa – What a professional and friendly staff at this Spa; I was greeted with a big smile and hello when I walked through the door. I had a relaxing pedicure and my nails done; wish I could do this every day. The spa has a great atmosphere, excellent staff and all around great service.

DON'T BE MISLEAD, TRY IT YOURSELF, I DID – Don't let the previous negative reviews influence you. This salon has it all. They know what they are doing. I had my color done at a nearby high end salon. They had ruined my hair which, had a green tint to it. I decided to try Soonye and Company because they been in Westchase for over 8 years and figured they must be doing something right. DONT EVER GO THERE – i have been to this salon a few times, so i have definately given them plenty of opportunities to redeem themselves. they are ALWAYS running late, and one time when i went there i was on a very tight schedule because it was my prom and i had many other appointments that day. they did not even see me until 20 minutes after my appointment was scheduled and then i was rushed and they didnt do a good job at all! also, the pricing is not consistent. i have been charged anywhere from 35 to 50 dollars for a sim... read more

very rude owner......AWFUL experience! – The unposted salon policy was not to accept checks from first time clients. I only had a check to pay by. My only option was to call my husband to provide a credit card payment. I asked to speak with the owner who refused to leave her client to address the issus. Meanwhile the entire salon witnessed my being berated for not having alternative payment. Since the policy was not posted I felt it would be a professional curtesy to allow my check.
