No real complaints other than they are impossible to get ahold of. Before I bought my townhome, management passed from Sooner Traditions to another and when I bought my townhome, we both are have a hard time getting in contact with someone there in order to get my deposit back.
My home was built by Sooner Traditions LLC over a decade ago. It has been nothing but expensive problems. Both HVAC systems have never worked well, thousands of dollars spent replacing both systems because they cut corners on the ducting which causes some rooms to be too hot or cold. AC systems were inefficient because the wrong sized freon lines were installed. The townhouses, and apartments that they offer are really nice, but the property manager is the worst being ever!!! He never does what he promise!!

management/building owners are utterly impossible to contact. they refuse to answer phones, call back, or respond to emails. rarely is maintenance done on the property. many of the units here are "for sale"; and if you keep in mind the above, you might be given the impression that they're just milking this place for cash before selling and closing shop. the A.C. in our unit was broken since the day we moved in, maintenance visited our unit once about it and told it was not broken.
