Brian is my hero. My scooter stopped working, seriously putting a damper on my life and mobility. I took it to Mobility 101 and they said there was nothing wrong with it and sold me a new battery. They just kept telling me I was probably too heavy for it which was ridiculous since I am under the weight limit for the scooter. They really didn't seem to care about helping me at all.
