The dead sea vendors were very pushy, the girl pretty much grabbed me, and when I tried to walk away she grabbed me again, and said we ain't done. I was very uncomfortable I had to buy it and get my money back. I like the mall but hate the vendors.
Mall manager was great today when we had an issue with a kiosk vendor who wasn't allowed to give me a return even though the sign said we had 7 days and we hadn't even left the mall. We bought those light shoes for my son and he decided they weren't comfortable on his foot. It had been less than an hour from purchase. Learned our lesson on impulse buying. Manager spoke to owner and stayed with us until the return was complete. Lesson learned. Thanks Andrew for your help.
