I love Sooner mall. I live in Oklahoma City and love going down to Sooner mall as I also love Norman. I live near Penn Square Mall also there is Quail Springs Mall and Crossroads Mall which I've been to all three and find Sooner mall my favorite. It's not a huge mall Yet it's never crowded when I go. There are a lot of amazing shops that I don't see other places and miss going to. Also it is a great place to go mall walking. I highly recommend Sooner mall as your place to shop.
