Looks like I’m not the only one who thinks this company sucks. And I didn’t even use their services. The owner of the company in a van licensed DAK-745 cut me off on the road. I had the green light . He was waiting to make a right turn when he clearly had the res light, and I had to slam on my breaks to avoid colliding with the van. I stopped in this morning to get a couple of keys made. There was no one at the counter but a guy looked up from a desk in the back and the door made a noise so I know they knew someone was there. I stood there for a few minutes waiting but nobody came out. I could hear people talking in the back. I finally just left and won't be back. Customer Service should be #1 - I guess not with these guys.
Awwsome place very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure when you leave satisfied.
We had our car keys stolen in a robbery. They came out made us two keys and made sure the stolen keys would no longer work. Thanks for the fast courteous service.
The transponder key they made didn't work. They're going to refund $35 of 98 paid. $63 for anything that doesn't work is robbery. I understand not everything works but stand behind what you sell or get out of business. Will never call them again and will advise my friends to stay away from them as well.
