This place is the worst place to take your vehicle. They do not communicate, they do not know how to fix cars, and they do not know what they are doing generally. **** is an absolute dead stick. He doesn't care about the customer, he is very avoiding, and does not seem to care about anything. Don't go to Sooner Kia in Norman, OK. unless you want to be swindled. They lied to me. Told me they would fix the issue I had. I was told my first payment would be due in 60 days. Great! The problem was that it was due in 45 days. ****** the salesman promised he would get it changed and he would call me to let me know. No call! I called him after about a week of waiting. Said he was going to the big boss to get it fixed and he would call me at 1:00 the next day. That was about 2 months ago. I'm still waiting for that call. I... read more

I needed a different vehicle because the original new Kia **** I purchased had loads of problems that *** would not help me with.
