Just bought the Cheiftain Elite, these guys inside made everything super simple. Joshua with parts/service was amazing at getting all my last minute requests in. Just stopped in to look around and pick up some t-shirts. Everyone there was very nice and the owner Dustin took the time to answer all of the questions that we had. When I buy an Indian, I will probably be from Sooner.
I live about 100 miles away so it's better for me to make an appointment than to drop in. I called last week, Emily set me an appointment up with no problem. Yesterday I rode to the dealership and Dustin was able to do the recall and check several other things out for me. Total work time was less than 30-45 minutes. Thanks Sooner Indian for outstanding customer service and for being so friendly! I will definitely be back as your dealership has earned my business and recommendation to others!
The employees are amazing, they are extremely knowledgeable, worked hard in taking care of our motorcycle needs. Would definitely recommend them to anyone else that is in the market for a Indian.
We bought our 2016 Indian Chieftain in March 2016. Dustin and Emily were awesome to work with, it was our 1st brand new bike. Any time we have questions they always have the answers. The entire staff there is friendly and knowledgeable and we have recommended this dealership to several others interested in buying an Indian. Scott and I have been riding all our lives, this is by far the best bike we've ever ridden!
Emily, Dustin, & Zack were all great to deal with. Put me in a new #Scout and I couldn't be happier! They worked with me on getting what I wanted and got me out the door in style!
