So far my experience here has been great. Shelby in the office is so polite even when I was not being the nicest. This is a quiet community I honestly never hear much this has been by far the best experience I have had with apartments everyone pretty much stays to themselves but at the same time if someone sees you outside they will gladly say hey how is your day? Terrible management , won’t fix things and then blame you for the damages there when you moved in so they can keep your deposit . They also keep corporate address and phone number a secret . Wonder why?

New manager. Kept $100 of my deposit even though Me and my friend cleaned that apartment better than I found it, charged me for things I listed on the “move in “ list. They couldn’t find the list in my file in spite of the fact that I couldn’t get my mailbox key until I returned the move in list. I hope the people living in the apartments get their deposits back when they move out. If they did this to me,,,I was never late to pay rent ... I cleaned it !!!! Disappointed and $100 lost.
