Dr. Brackett was nice... until I said I would shop around for cat food instead of buying it from them. Then, she was rude and short and spoke down to me. When my husband picked our cat up, she made a snide remark, again, to him about the food we didnt buy from them. We will find another veterinary office.

Since the urinary food that was recommended for Nala is a Veterinary prescription diet, it may not be available at all stores. Love this place, been taking my animals to them for 6 years.
We have been taking our dogs to Waterloo Animal Hospital for years. They saved Annie’s life and are great with all of our dogs. We really like Pat! They explain the treatment options they feel are best, why, the cost and any alternatives and really make you feel that they are as invested in your pets health and well-being as you are.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Brackett is the best ever! Her love for animals shows by the way she cares for them. She came to our home and just got right down on the kitchen floor with our Pyrenees and examined him and was so loving to him. She treats us pet owners great too! I would highly recommend her!

Me and my 14 yr. old chihuahua (bronson) Are in town for 4 months for the Remington Park quarter horse meet. Friends recommended Waterloo animal hospital to me when one of his eyes became very irritated, 4 visits later Dr. Brackett and team did surgery and his eye is fine. Yep he left smiling, they cleaned his teeth to... thanks for taking such good care of Us..
