Dr.Chin gave great customer service for my daughter visit today. She was very concerned & communication was top tier thanks Dr.Chin
Just Terrible. I brought my child in for a well check and discussed details with the doctor and that I needed a referral for an allergist for my child. She seemed a bit dismissive of what I discussed with her, prescribed some steroid cream, and sent me on my way. I called the department she mentioned and was told I need to have a referral sent in by her.
