I am usually not the one to leave reviews especially bad ones. However this is one is necessary. Terrible service. No communication between staff and patients..don’t expect the nurse to inform you of anything. She’ll just tell you that the doctor will explain it to you. Which means you’re not able to give informed consent to any services being done to you. Which is against the law. I had my blood work done and when I asked. The nurse and the phlebotomist told me nothing but then called back right after I left my appointment ... read more

Dr. Sonyika has been my ON/GYN since 2003. She delivered my son and he's a fine young man. She took care of all my medical needs while I was pregnant and afterwards.

The wait time may be long but this is an AMAZING PLACE. Today was my first visit and I felt so cared for. The nurses were great and so was the doctor. I was scared at first but they eased all my worries. It was an all African American office (from which I seen) and that made me feel comforted. Also I seen a lot of holistic medicines these.. I would give them a 10 star if I could.

Very long wait times with little attention and very short times with the doctor. Appointments are often canceled while you are there due to emergency. She disproportionately schedules C-sections (for which she is paid double). Keep your receipts to prove you have paid once the office accidentally double bills you. Very little attention paid to important details about the patient and the pregnancy. Often has students working there who do not know what they are doing.
