Dr. Marshall is a very competent physician. She not only is highly skilled and caring but is also a good listener. She does not rush you either in or out.
Dr. Marshall is just wonderful! I have many problems with my feet and she has helped me immensely. She explains things thoroughly, has an answer for every question and has a thorough plan to help make me feet better! She also has explained what I can do at home to help the process!! I try at all costs to avoid going to a doctor. I’m getting like my mother who would always say “If I go, they will find something.” Well, I’m happy I went because what I thought was an infected toe nail was something more simple and felt so much better by the next day.Dr. Marshall was thorough in her exam. Refusal to do Prior Authorization for provider’s prescription. Refused to cooperate with insurance company. Lied about doing prior authorization to pt relations and never intended to help patient get medically ordered equipment but “pass the buck” to their referred equipment supplier and never did keep their promises to call or do anything to help get patient treatment prescribed.
Comprehensive, companionate care. Provides excellent care plan with accompanying handouts. Does not push unnecessary treatments.
We have been going to Sonya for many years. She is passionate about helping people and is very kind with a great bedside manner.
