Be advised my high rating refer to my experience at the Sony store itself. I found the staff at the Sony store to be friendly and courteous. They were eager to help me with my problem. The store itself is upbeat and ultramodern, -visually appealing, lots of shinny new toys to browse and admire. Sadly, I there went to get my Tablet 'S' repaired (permanently froze after less than 2 months), because telephone support from Sony was so atrocious.
