I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service regarding my recent order for my mother’s hearing aid. This was an urgent matter—my mother has severe hearing loss and lost her previous device. We made it clear this replacement was time-sensitive as she is flying at the end of this month and needs it to function safely and independently. Poor service. Don't recommendation. They don't know how to program hearing aids. I had waste lot of time.
