Saw Dr. Sonu Mody today as a new patient and had to write a review. She is amazing! I was very anxious and she was very calming, took her time, let me express all of my concerns and history - I never felt rushed. I read reviews on her before making my appointment and they all matched the experience I had. (Didn’t see anything negative) re: office I was seen promptly, allowed to enter for my visit without fully completing the new patient intake paperwork. Wonderful, knowledgeable and explained well answers to my concerns , Prompt, beautiful clean environment, lab work drawn at location, looking forward to seeing her again.
My wife and I were both in healthcare for decades so my review comes from that context. I felt the assistant (Jennifer) did an excellent pre-visit with vitals and history which prepared the doctor well. Their front staff even researched my insurance plan and gave me notes on providers. Dr. Sonu Mody was prompt, focused, caring, and thorough. I am a new patient to her practice and I would recommend her services.
