San Antonio's best med spa – Wonderful staff and professional, clean spa. The prices are extremely reasonable. When you go be sure to ask for Blake! The equipment is the best.

Best Med Spa Ever – this is the best med spa I have been to! The results for my leg and underarm laser hair removal have been phenomenal. I love the staff and the prices cannot be beat, considering all the equipment is state of the art and the spa is so relaxing. It is like a mini vacation! I definitely recommend this place to anyone.
I have to buy more?! – I had a terrible experience at the SLMS. I have been going to the Med spa for hair removal on my upper lip. Even after several treatments, nothing has happened! I was warned by a friend about a similar experience but decided to just 'go for it'! Boy was I wrong. Yes, the place is beautiful. Yes, the snacks are good, but that is about the end of it. When I look for a treatment clinic I care more about the TREATMENT than the environment. Oh, well. Lesson leaerned.

Hi this is Dr. Kumar of Sonterra Laser. Our goal is always safety first. We use state of the art Lumenis Duet Lasers for hair removal. Our staff are trained to not cause a burn. I apologize if it wasn't made clear that it requires at least 5 to 6 treatments. I would be cautious about anyone promising results in a few treatments since that would require high laser settings that could sacrifice safety. We strive to make everyone happy. Sweet staff provides amazing service & skin care!! – I've been a regular client at Sonterra since they opened their doors a few years ago! I have extensive training in skin and would welcome the opportunity for you to actually visit our Med spa and see that for yourself. I am a Board Certified Ophthalmologist performing oculoplastic procedures for over 15 years.
