I have been going here for the last 3 years and I love it. My technician Letty is amazing. I have been getting laser hair removal done for the first time and she has just been go great.
I had the best experience ever here! Special shout out to Anna and Gloria. They are both very sweet and personable. If you are looking for a spa that has excellent customer service and care, this is the place to go. This is what visiting a spa is all about!

I suffered severe burns on both my legs after laser treatment at Sonterra Laser Med Spa. I have had laser treatment before and never had any issue, but the technique used by the technician at Sonterra Laser Med Spa resulted in severe burns and permanent scaring. The ophthalmologist doctor who owns the spa responded by telling me he did not intend to address my concerns regarding the technician as she was a "top performer", that burns were an occasional side effect of laser treatment and suggested I wear leggings to cover my ... read more
From the wonderful young lady that checked me in, to my encounter with Gloria Rodriguez, my encounter was just awesome! The staff there are friendly, professional, courteous and make me feel comfortable right away. Mrs Gloria Rodriguez, NP explained every aspect of treatment. I WILL go back again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone I can! :)
