Absolutely Reckless and Dangerous! I took my car in for a recall repair and purchased a replacement cabin air filter while it was there. Right after the service, my car drove WORSE than before. Then, the dealership called to tell me they completely forgot to install the air filter I bought. Mistakes happen, so I accepted a refund. But that was only the beginning of the nightmare. The concern was brought to our attention by the customer; we brought it up to the technician and advised him of the importance of not making these types of mistakes. I have sat down with the Service Director and Service Manager and advised both this is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. We will be reaching out to the customer to once again apologize and to offer a free inspection from our Senior Master Tech. We are truly sorry for the issue.
Took my 20** Ford ******* into Sons Ford located at **** * ******* ******* ****** *******. Repairs were $5,884.21. Picked up my car on March 1, 2024. A few weeks later. I drove the car to my parents house in **********, **. One April 10, 2024, my car had to be taken to ***** **** in **********, **. Where do I even start. I will start off by saying I have never had such a bad experience with a dealership as I have had with Sons Ford. I will never recommend anyone to buy or to get their vehicle serviced. Back on 2/21 I bring my car to Sons ford with a leaking sunroof, electrical issues with the sunroof, and noises in the steering. They discover the issues, but takes them 30 days to fix. The customer is correct to a degree. His vehicle has been here several weeks but it's not because of lack of effort. We have spent countless hours trying to figure out the concern, with us even having Ford engineers coming out to the dealership to help with the repair. We called the customer to pick up his vehicle just like he said, and the sunroof was not working and there was grease on his headliner from the mechanic being irresponsible to insuring not to get grease anywhere. I attempted to cosign on a vehicle with my daughter. The deal fell through when the dealership found that her total loss vehicle had a balance owed. But now I'm getting my credit ran constantly.

She indeed tried and cosigned for her daughter here at SONS Ford but her credit has not been pulled or summitted since March 16th. The above customer called the dealership on Thursday, April 25th and was told the exact same thing. She was also told the banks that denied her credit would be sending her a letter, which they are required by law to do, which does not indicate her credit being ran again.

The said vehicle was sold to another customer late Friday night by another salesperson. My complaint is with the Service department. If you buy a new vehicle DO NOT purchase the service package. It is not worth the time it will take them to service your vehicle.
Do not but a vehicle here or use the service department. Worst service department I have ever been to. They sold me a vehicle that the traction control was disabled. The vehicle was filthy when I picked it up. The interior was full of ants. When I signed the paperwork for it I was told that it would be detailed "immaculately." They didn't even wash the windshield. I left several phone and email messages for the service manager, sales manager and owner. Neither one have bothered to return a phone call or email.
