I always know what to expect as far as costs, appointments, etc. Everything is up front with no surprises! Staff is friendly and I never have to wait very long.
From warm greeting coming in the door, the checking in process electronically was easy. Friendly Bailey and Crystal worked well as a team getting the pertinent x-rays covered. Dr. Bracken is friendly, professional organized. Scheduling out next appointment(s) was fast. Impressed with office facility and entire staff. Looks like a well oiled machine. Smooth operation. Impressed after initial visit!
