I was here yesterday, 02/23/26 for a dental appointment and while the front desk staff was polite and kind, my experience with the dentist was very upsetting. My original appointment was at 1:00 p.m., but due to an emergency I was asked to return at 2:00 p.m. After additional waiting, I did not leave until almost 4:00 p.m. This was my first time getting a filling, so I did not know what to expect or that a large numbing needle would be used.
