Came in. Front desk was polite. Dr Patel I believe and her assistant were quite unprofessional. Her assistant had attitude made faces.. shrugged her body face and head as I began talking. Wouldn’t recommend coming here. Wait time super long as well about an hr or more.. just to be seen for 20 mins or less, was really rushed.
DO NOT COME HERE! They just add on extra “procedures” to bill your insurance company then give you the run around on charges/scheduling!
I was here yesterday, 02/23/26 for a dental appointment and while the front desk staff was polite and kind, my experience with the dentist was very upsetting. My original appointment was at 1:00 p.m., but due to an emergency I was asked to return at 2:00 p.m. After additional waiting, I did not leave until almost 4:00 p.m. This was my first time getting a filling, so I did not know what to expect or that a large numbing needle would be used.
