I usually don’t write reviews, I had a truly frustrating experience at this dental office. I waited over two hours just to be seen. When I finally got called back, my entire appointment lasted only five minutes. Even more upsetting, they saw my daughter in just two minutes. The lack of care and efficiency was really disappointing.
La atencion al cliente con el personal de resepcion es muy pobre, llegamos media hora antes de la sita para no estar tarde , y la sorpresa de nosotros fue que tuvimos que esperar mas de una hora y media, entiendo que no siempre se pueda pero si no pueden atender tanta citas no deverian hacer que la gente gaste su tiempo
I don't usually leave bad reviews, but the lack of professionalism at this place is unacceptable. I do not intend to return, and I will certainly look for another company that actually values its customers' money. Here are the main issues: Absurd wait times: Their scheduling management is terrible. No matter what time you arrive, there is a minimum two-hour wait to be seen. No había tenido problema hasta hoy ! Llegue más que a tiempo a lacto con mi hijo, pasaron primero hasta los que llegaron después de mi ! Las recepcionistas con una. Respuesta burlona . Adentro la persona que debía hacerle la limpieza dental a mi hijo , aprendía , se le tuvieron que pedir los lentes por qué la luz era muy molesta. Les res usados por presos que no desinfecto !! Lo mojó todo . De verdad hoy fue pésimo servicio! Y no es gratis ! Yo estoy pagando !!
