Part1 They put me 2 implants, in one of them they put me graft but NOT in the other. (I'm 61) I star to feel pain in this 2nd implant, went to the clinic and talked about this. then, my implant moves on two sides. (not alignment on two axis) go today and they remove everything, I'm talking about this tooth, and the screw. and NOW they decided put graft. I originally had a frustrating experience here, but I want to update this because the owner, Francisco, personally reached out to me and made things right. He asked me to visit him at the Coral Gables location. When I did, I met Francisco personally, and his staff were very attentive & took great care of me. I had a really disappointing experience here. I purchased a groupon for a teeth cleaning, which was advertised clearly with no indication of restrictions or requirements. I even received a confirmation call from the office before my appointment, at no point did anyone mention that the cleaning would only be valid if I had already had a cleaning within the last 6 months.
