I had my wisdom teeth removed at Sonrie Dental, and over a year later, the left side of my mouth is still numb, which is really concerning and uncomfortable. On top of that, I scheduled a follow-up appointment and left work early to get there at 2 PM for my appointment, only to not be seen until 3 PM, which was extremely frustrating. Between the ongoing numbness and the poor scheduling/long wait, I’m very disappointed with both the care and customer service I received at this office.
Wow literally the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Everyone was so kind and helpful and non judgemental and cleaning was super thorough and I’m so glad I found this place. Definitely will be back.
Worst service ever, they gladly take your money, when it comes to the service they’ll give you an excuse to charge more and not do what you paid for, dont go there!!
Very professional and the service is amazing. They don’t waste time and the staff is very nice and respectful. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who cares about their dental care.👍
