We had an issue with the electricity being sent to our apartment unit and were without power for 14 hours! The building owners crew failed to respond ina. Timely manner and we called Sonpower to help! Within 3 hours they had Carlos, a wonderful technician at our apartment and diagnosing the problem which was external. He was clear, kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue that had cut our power. I am SO happy with the service we received and the time it took! THANK YOU!!!
