Dr Luke did a cervical spine surgery on my family member 2 years ago - following the surgery there were issues 2 days later and when we called him he told us he could not practice in a hospital were we to go to the ER - he never called back - our person was an older patient that was not a good candidate for his cervical laser surgery - instead of turning him away he proceeded which then left my family paralyzed - from the neck down - quadrapeligic - never heard from him and my family member ended up dying 1,5 months later - ... read more

Doctor Luke was excellent. However customer service was very poor as I was shuffled between assistants in Texas and elsewhere. Once the surgery was performed the follow up by their local office was horrible.

If you’re choosing SonoSpine for your surgery because of the “Ultrasonic Revolution” tools for safe, precision surgical procedure, confirm with the surgeon that he is actually USING THE ULTRASONIC TOOLS! After two procedures (Discectomies) because the first was failed, (bone debris was left in my back and got a staphylococcal infection)!! The second surgery 8 weeks after the first one, was to clean out the debris and debriding of the infected area and fix a reherniation of the L5/S1 disc.
