I’m updating my review to clarify the situation, since the response suggests this was simply about an overdue bill. The disputed charge is a $50 cancellation fee. The scheduling policy I signed “respectfully asks” for 48 hours notice, which reads as an encouraged courtesy rather than a strict requirement with a penalty attached. They also sent a text reminder stating $50 for missed appointments, but I canceled prior to the appointment, which I didn’t miss, I canceled.
