I was in so much pain and the previous doctor I went to was not available. I’m so thankful they got me in within 2 hours and a new patient. The doctor recommended surgery ASAP. The nurse made a bunch of calls until she was able to find a hospital for Dr. Tender to complete the surgery the next day. Bedside manner of Dr. Tender was amazing.
When I came in the front staff was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. These are the people that are supposed to be the first representative of the company and it was poor. And instead of telling me before I got there they then told me there that it was going to be $167 for a simple consultation. I told them that we did not have that money and that I just simply needed It looked at and they tried to be accommodating, but for just doing a simple hernia consultation. So far pleased and the dr paid attention to concerns and gave good information around my issues, very polite and professional!
Had a service, it went fine, paid the bill. 4 months later, they say I didn't pay the bill. We email and provide proof of payment and ask for an update that they received this. We also provide proof that the check had been cashed BY THEIR COMPANY as well. They never reply back. I assume they are rude but that everything is clear now that we've provided proof. THEN, I get a bill 4 YEARS later from collections that I need to pay this bill. Still can get ahold of no one. Sadly, from these comments, my experience is not unusual.
STAY AWAY!! DR ROHIT SAHAI DOESN'T CARE IF YOU'RE IN PAIN 3 MONTHS AFTER SURGERY! HE WILL BE AGGRESSIVE AND HANG UP ON YOU! DR SAHAI DID MALPRACTICE SURGERY AND RUINED MY BELLY BUTTON! NOW I HAVE TO GET SURGERY TO REMOVE WHAT HE DID! I'M GETTING MY ATTORNEY AND HAVE A CASE WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY!
