I completed all required "check-in" paperwork ahead of time, online. Upon arrival, receptionist confirmed my information as accurate. Confirmed that I had submitted all paperwork, She handed me a thick stack of "new patient paperwork" to complete. I reminded her that I had completed all as requested, on-line.
