Terrible customer service. The receptionist (I know it takes years of training and education to be a medical receptionist) was absolutely rude to my wife and I. I would not recommend Sonoran Spine to anyone if you/they appreciate being treated as though you are valued. Absolutely horrendous service. We canceled her appointment and left.
