Just did not feel welcomed at the office. Staff, besides the ladies up front, were kind of rude. Unfortunately, I will be switching to a different doctor's office for my newborn.
Dr. Letizia has been the best pediatrician we've ever had. She's thorough, respectful, and so patient (even with my 5 children under 8)! We cannot say enough about how appreciative we are for her.
Our kids had other doctors in the area that made us feel like we were just a number. We then found Sonoran Sky & Dr. Annie Nguyen, and felt like our kids would be treated, & have been like humans, and not numbers. We highly recommend this practice and all the doctors along with the staff. You will not be disappointed.
Right before dr heck left no one told us that the main doctor that my daughters sees was leaving and then come to find out that they had no idea what was wrong with my daughter and said that I was just making things up number 1 my daughter is special needs and she has seizures daily and the doctors here seemed to think it was a dang joke well now she is with a much better ped and I am not ever going back
You guys are awesome!!!! Just took my son here to get his ear unclogged. Everyone was great talked thru the procedure my son was comfortable and happy.
My children have received the best care. Every Doctor that they have seen have taken their time going over their history. Explaining their diagnosis and what we can do at home. Friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't ask for a better pediatric office.
We switched doctor recently and started going to Sonoran Sky. After the first visit we had our referrals and sent to the surgeon. We true for years for our last doctor to do thant. They listened to you and asked you questions. I will never go to another pediatrician ever.
Dr. Letizia is the most amazing pediatrician ever! I will never take my kids anywhere else!
Dr Letizia is a phenomenal physician. I know my children receive the best care, with not only a knowledgeable physician, but one who truly cares and has their best interests at heart.
