I have been using Sonoran Property Maintenance for the past few years at Commercial Properties I manage. I wish I had known about them a lot earlier than that as they have saved me a tremendous amount of time as a Property Manager. They do it all in house from powerwashing, porter, windows, parking lot sweeping and more. I love the other feature they offer as well which is handling minor maintenance items.
