Couldn't ask for a better local bike shop. They do great service work and the only shop that trust. Great group with tons of knowledge.
Phil Hantel and the crew over here at Sonoran Cycles are the real deal. Recently helped me on a bike issue with multiple trips to and from the manufacture and pushed to get it warrantied. All on a bike that I did not purchase from Sonoran. Thank you Phil!
I'm so pleased I found this store. I'm just starting a fitness journey and have been there for equipment and advice on the best way to get where I want to go. Woody and Terry at the Bell Rd. store have both been incredibly supportive and generous with their time and advice. Anyone looking for knowledgeable help and empathy with where you are along the fitness continuum cannot do better than this store.
Awesome customer service! Terry went out of his way to help me find a used bike wheel for a project I did for Mother's Day. I will use them in the future for all my bicycle needs and will recommend them to all my family and friends.
