This review is about your Yuma store, on my way to work i got a flat, no repair stuff with me and no way to get to the shop to get what i needed. Your manager Shawn took the time to bring me the supplies i needed so i could make it home tonight. The greatest customer service I've ever had. Bought my Scott mountain bike from him, and will be buying any new cycle and accessories from him. Best shop in Yuma!
Took my bike into their shop this morning. My rear brake was not working correctly. The young man stopped what he was doing, and worked on my brakes. Took him about 10 or 15 minutes. I asked him how much, he said no charge. They now have a customer and a good referral for life. Thanks.
