Sonora Outpatient Clinic discharged me two days before I graduated--and before I got the stupid little ceremonial rock that EVERYONE GETS. I truly believe this was targeted,and done out of pure maliciousness, really; they did this just to be nasty. I've been a part of one of their programs since OCTOBER. The state will be hearing from me. I signed the form that requests any and all medical records from them. They say they don't do notes; on the "Other" section, I put NOTES. I'll sue if I have to. Enjoy your scramble, Sonora.
After going through alot around the holidays and with family, i am very thankful they were able to have an evening group. Very nice therapists with a mature audience.
I looked everywhere for services with the average wait time of 3 months! My daughter was able to start before the end of the week and loves the group therapy. I am truly grateful, especially before the holidays.
Extremely rude receptionist, they treat the children in there as if they were criminals and prisoners. Was threatened to have the police called after interacting with some on the patients in the lobby simply being friendly. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Even those desperate. They are here for your money and dont care about actually helping your child
I would give this place zero stars but it wasn’t all bad . The receptionist ALWAYS had a crappy attitude. Taylor I believe is the director but also was in charge of the PHP class was so disrespectful to myself and a lot of other people that was in the php. I honestly hope this place gets it together. People come here for help and to be met with passive disrespect is crazy . I thought therapist are suppose to be nice .
