I used to love this place, but yesterday, I paid $100 to have my car detailed and after I got home I found that they didn't even bother to vacuum the inside my hatchback!
I love the Sonora Car wash. When I first found it, I was looking for an oil change near by. They offer a free car wash with an oil change and it was more like a small detailing job that they did for me. They get the windows so clean I couldn't believe it. They must use something special because It is noticeable.
I loved my first experience here! I usually get 'oversold' at oil/lube places. Not here, Erick the Service manager explained what was going on with my car. He let me know what was important to address 'as soon as possible' and what wasn't a priority. I felt very comfortable asking questions and he gave great answers. I'm certain he saved me a brake job I didn't need by just cleaning the rotors. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. I'm so impressed with this place, I'll be back.
