Extremely unprofessional and unconcerned. I wouldn't even bother calling trying to speak with someone, because they will just leave you on hold or switch you from line to line. You never really get any clear answers to your questions or concerns. I was just told this morning that once anything goes to scheduling it is out of their control. I would not recommend this place unless you have absolutely no other option at all.
