This facility lacks compassion for patients. They keep them sedated so they can do minimal care. My husband was a patient there for months while I tried to get him to a facility closer to home. Sometimes he was so dirty I had to ask him to be cleansed. He acquired bed sores and outbreaks on his skin and he always had an infection. The worst part about the stay were the social workers, case managers and administrators very unprofessional. Fight like hell to keep your loved ones from going there.
Horrible more than a Nightmare
My dad was just in there only for 2 weeks hes on a ventilator we went saw him twice the day after he was put in there and day before father's day that day they had him so sedated that he basically slept for our entire 7 hour visit which we drove 3 hours to see him the staff seem to keep the patience there sedated so they dont have to care for them I wouldn't recommend this place for nobody's friends or family members ..they transfered my dad to Santa Rosa hospital even the doctor therecl said they should of never had my dad ... read more
