Terrible hospital, they are good at getting you in the door, after that things don't look so good, it appears to be a toxic workplace, nobody seems happy, nobody seems to know what do, then you land in nice hefty bill! Keep your family out of this place!
Horrible more than a Nightmare. Tooooo many low rated reviews. There's a good reason for this. I have reviews and remarks internally for what was done here to my loved one.
I’m an EMT who takes several patients from here. This place is the absolute worst hospital in the county. I mean this with all honesty, this place needs to shut down. Every single call I’ve had out of this place lacks communication with the intended destination. This causes patients to be canceled, returned, or delay over patient care. It’s truly outrageous. Sonoma Specialty is the only LTAC in Sonoma County and they serve an important gap in care for patients who need to be stabilized before discharging home or to Skilled-nursing/post-acute care. The staff are helpful and caring and the hospital is a staple of the community.
My other half whom I've been with for over 11 years is in this place they don't have phones in the rooms I'm currently up north I can not go see him I've been hung or disconnected have to call back at least three or more times, They act like me wanting to speak to him is inconvenient for them... I'm beside worrying just wanted to hear his voice didn't get to speak to him at all yesterday, and she wouldn't let me talk to him today..
