Bathroom is not properly sealed of from the inner construction, trash everywhere, never brought my doors for my closets, heater and garbage disposal have been broken for a year with admin not coming to repair, never took the extra bedroom door and blinds from the backyard like they said they would, dripping water from the bathroom ceiling, mice and roaches. There's trash everywhere, which is a health hazard! It's expensive to live here and yet the parking lot is full of trash and the garbage truck sometimes doesn't get to the bin. This apartment complex has way more trash than other places in Rohnert Park. Litter is an eye sore and it's one of the main reasons why I left.
