I’ve used hearing aids from Hearing Life for several years. They always take good care of my hearing. However, one of the strongest recommendations that I can make for them is the service follow up. For instance, I came in today to have my hearing aids cleaned. Melissa Bravo-Alfaro Was the patient care coordinator Not only did Melissa do a great job in cleaning my aids, but she also provided me a new carrying case I needed. I highly recommend Hearing Life hearing aid center.
Very attentive. Willing to explain. Accommodating for appointment times. Wish the hearing aids weren't as expensive as they are, but the service is excellent!
I bought my hearing devices several years ago in Sonoma, CA. I recommend them to anyone who is having hearing loss. The service there is amazing and they are very attentive. I have had much success with the devices I purchased. I was here today 9/8/25 for a follow up because my hearing has changed. I again received great service. So glad I didn’t go to anywhere else like Costco for my hearing problems.
