One star to much. The only thing you get here is roaches, drugs, mold and police calls. Buildings need paint with bare rotten wood showing. Cracks in tile. The place has some real structural issues. On top of that, you don't own a pet, no worries they will invent one for you. Literally will say pet damage on move out and you never owned a pet. Garbage all over the place.
